Thanks for taking time to read a little about me! These paragraphs can be both fun to reflect on the past but also super awkward to try and make the humble brag less brag and more humble.. So bare with me!

I grew up a pastors kid, and actually that’s how I met my wife. Her Dad was the youth pastor at the church my Dad was the senior pastor at. So we were pastors kids together, started dating in high school and were married when we were 21.

Early in my 20’s I had the pleasure to work with some fortune 100 clients when I was part of the team that built the ecommerce portion of Walmart.com. That was such a great time in my wife and I’s life, but after a few years we felt the Lord leading us to move across the country to be part of a Church outside of Louisville Kentucky.

In Louisville we founded a nonprofit called Scarlet Hope. Scarlet Hope is a ministry to women leaving the adult entertainment industry. After 12 years we are now a national nonprofit with offices in Louisville, Nashville, Cincinnati, Reno and Vegas. You can read more about Scarlet Hope here www.scarlethope.org

During that time, I started my own business for web design and development called Solidgiant.com Through Solid Giant, I’ve worked with hundreds of businesses and ministries, some are Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, The Ethics and Religious Liberty Commission, Awana Clubs International, Acts 29, Southeast Christian Church, Truth:78, City on a Hill Ministries, Russell Moore, Sojourn Network, and hundreds of churches.

Making a short pitstop in 2013 we adopted our beautiful son from Missouri! Isaac Lee Cole Starr is now 6 years old!

In 2018, I started another business to help churches around the US with their graphic design needs. I’ve found that most churches don’t have the budget to hire a full-time graphic designer on staff, but really would benefit from professional graphic design. Which is where we are today!

I’d love to connect with you and hear more about you and your story!
