Director of Sales & Partnerships (Contract — Remote, Flexible)

PixelPainters helps churches shine online with done‑for‑you creative and social media services. We’re hiring a hands‑on, results‑driven seller who knows church culture and can own the entire go‑to‑client journey.

What you’ll own

  • Full sales cycle: source and warm leads, run discovery and Zoom demos, qualify, present proposals, close, and hand off for onboarding.

  • Pipeline & reporting: keep a clean CRM, track activity and conversion metrics, and forecast reliably.

  • Brand Ambassador program (our affiliate channel): recruit and onboard ambassadors, equip them with assets, track performance/payouts, and keep the program thriving.

  • Strategic partnerships: build relationships with denominations, networks, platforms, and agencies that can offer PixelPainters to their audiences; craft co‑marketing and reseller agreements.

You’ll be great at this if you

  • Have experience on a church creative/communications team and proven success in sales.

  • Are a self‑starter who thrives on targets, works autonomously, and communicates clearly on calls/Zoom and in writing.

  • Are comfortable with lead‑tracking software/CRM and a startup pace where you figure things out.

Compensation & setup

  • Independent contractor (hourly), fully remote with flexible hours.

  • Results‑driven role with target compensation of $80,000/year equivalent (paid hourly as a contractor).
